It is a free service that offers support through a variety of roles including: Fresh Start, Family Start, Social Workers in schools, Maori mental health, anger management / violence protection, home support, counselling (low intervention), crime prevention and mentoring. Te Roopu Awhina seeks to promote and deliver quality services in the community.
