We are an Upper Hutt based self defence school teaching the art of Combat Hapkido. This system is ideal for women, busy professionals, law enforcement, security personnel or anyone who finds a traditional martial art intimidating or time consuming. No experience necessary.

Description

Our classes are not 'fitness' driven however there is an element of fitness. Self Defence Upper Hutt is part of a group of reality based self defence schools throughout New Zealand and the information is 100% self defence. As a pure self defence program students are taught from real life situations such as grabs, chokes, bear hugs, reacting to punches etc.
