Steady As You Go ( SAYGo) exercise classes

Falls are not a natural part of ageing - falls are preventable!

You could save yourself from a fall by attending a Steady As You Go (SAYGO) class and improving your leg strength and balance. These falls prevention classes also improve your flexibility, and general fitness and wellbeing.

Community based weekly classes run for 1 hour each week, and the cost is $2 per class.
