| Description | Enliven Central provides boutique and vibrant retirement villages, warm, welcoming elder-directed rest homes and hospitals respite and day activity programmes for older people living in their own homes, residential care, respite and day programmes for people living with dementia. Enliven Central also provides other health services, including provision of continence products and tai chi classes. |

| Cost | Your local district health board (DHB) will have a Needs Assessment and Service-Coordination service (NASC) which can assess your needs and eligibility for subsidised support services. You can request this assessment, or the request can come from a doctor, family member or carer. |
