Dementia Wellington
Dementia Wellington provides support, education and personal advocacy for people with a dementia and those who care for them. Community workers services include: home visits, workshops for family carers and support groups. Fact sheets, DVD’s and books are also available. Support groups are held in a range of venues around the Wellington region. Education programmes are provided without charge (a koha is appreciated) and available for anyone involved in the care and support of someone with a dementia.
